This is a fully interactive 2-day course developing the skills of the trainers. Practical sessions and quality feedback, ensure trainers have the skills necessary to effectively train their colleagues. They will learn how to expertly assess competence and to perform a range of competence audits to minimize the business risks.
Participants are also provided with a thorough understanding of the training materials and resources that they will deliver to your workforce.
This course can be delivered in a small group classroom style format or via video conferencing.
